As director of the Office of Supply Chain, Glenn Zearfoss is responsible for ensuring that the right product gets to the right place at the right time. Glenn oversees the procurement function, which buys about 3,000 regular wine and spirits products from domestic and foreign suppliers. In addition, he manages the importation, processing of all excise taxes and customs duties, warehousing and transportation functions, and supporting movement of the entire product line from sources to the PLCB’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores.
Prior to assuming his current role, Glenn worked on special projects in Supply Chain and spent three years at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. In addition to his experience in state government, Glenn has extensive private-sector experience, serving as vice president of operations at Martin’s Potato Chips, vice president of logistics at New World Pasta and in progressively responsible roles with Hershey Foods Corp. and Hershey Pasta Group. Glenn graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and business administration from Lebanon Valley College.
Glenn and his wife, Cindy, live in Hershey and have three adult children.
