Contract Opportunities


Current contract opportunities with the PLCB – including open Invitations for Bids, Requests for Quotes, Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information – are advertised on the Department of General Services' eMarketplace website, which is searchable by agency.

All suppliers doing business with the PLCB are required to
register, first.

Vendors wishing to be notified of contract opportunities should email the following information to the PLCB’s Purchasing and Contract Administration Division, which coordinates the procurement of all supplies and services for PLCB stores and offices:

• Business name and address

• Telephone and fax numbers

• Contact person's name and email address

• Types of commodities or services the company offers

iSupplier Portal

Non-merchandise vendors, upon being granted access by the PLCB, can use the iSupplier Portal to view purchase orders, including revisions and statuses; view invoices previously submitted; track payments; view receipts; update account information; and receive notifications of recent account activity.
