​​​Andrew Collins

As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Collins oversees and directs core business functions related to retail operations and supply chain in support of the agency’s goals and initiatives. Andrew leads the agency’s retail, distribution and logistics teams in the development and execution of strategies to drive efficiencies, improve operations and achieve financial goals. In this role, he oversees day-to-day operations of nearly 600 Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores, licensee service centers and an e-commerce fulfillment center. Additionally, he is responsible for managing partnerships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to FW&GS stores, licensee service centers and hundreds of licensees. Strategically, Andrew drives continual improvement efforts to optimize operational and logistical processes and service for stores, licensees, contracted distribution centers, transportation networks and systems.

Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in retail business operations and merchandise planning, multi-store management, customer service and group leadership to the PLCB. Prior to joining the agency, he served as Mid-Atlantic regional director for The Children’s Place. Before that, he maintained leadership roles in retail operations and management for Lucky Brand Jeans, Levi Strauss & Co., Polo Ralph Lauren and Philips Van Heusen.
