, licensees will find a collection of up to 2,500 items, including rare and niche products and premium collection items, for sale online. Some of these products are only offered once a year or are available only in very limited quantities from suppliers. For those very highly allocated, in demand products, Fine Wine & Good Spirits runs Limited-Release Lottery sales (quantities reserved for licensees) through the e-commerce site.
Online orders can be shipped to a store or to the licensed establishment.
Register as a Licensee:
A licensee must first register
at FineWineAndGoodSpirits.com. Once registered, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org
, providing the email address registered, along with the your LID and a note indicating that the 10 percent licensee discount should be associated with the account for qualifying orders. Account set up may take up to five business days.
Place an Order: You will see the current license status when logging on from the My Account page. Orders may be placed regardless of license status, but the 10 percent licensee discount will only be applied to qualifying orders from licensees with an “active” liquor license. Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card/Novus and American Express are accepted for payment, and your billing information will be kept on file to facilitate future orders.
Track an Order:
You can review the status of any order simply by clicking the My Account
link at the top of every page. You will also receive an e-mail from UPS when they have picked up your order from the fulfillment center. It will contain a tracking number and a link to their web site, where you can track the shipment.
Store Pick Up: UPS two-day ground service is offered to the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store of your choice for shipping fees lower than those for shipping to other locations. For orders received before noon Monday through Thursday, UPS will normally deliver within 48 hours. Please check which days a store is open when selecting your pick up location, and be sure to bring a valid photo ID for age verification when you pick up the product.
Returns: Only merchandise currently in stock and purchased within the last 30 days will be accepted for return at the store. Additionally, the returned merchandise must be in an obviously defective condition, or it must be unopened, saleable and have been purchased as the result of a store error in preparing the order.
