Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for Consumers

A message to our valued customers regarding coronavirus (COVID-19):CV2_graphic.jpg

We at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board have been in constant contact with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Governor’s Office during this very challenging time. The health and safety of our consumers and employees is our top priority, and we take our responsibility very seriously.

All Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores are closed until further notice. However, the PLCB is accepting limited numbers of online orders at FineWineAndGoodSpirits.com

Until further notice, customers can purchase up to six bottles per transaction from a reduced catalogue of about 1,000 top-selling wines and spirits from the website. All orders must be shipped to home or non-store addresses, and only one order per address will be fulfilled per day.

Since we will be limiting the numbers of employees working in any facility at the same time in an effort to protect our employees and balance public health, we expect consumer interest and site traffic to initially exceed what we will be able to fulfill. We ask for your patience and understanding, and as order fulfillment capacity increases, the PLCB will consider increasing the number of orders it’s able to accept each day.

We understand the disruption our store closures have on Pennsylvania consumers and licensees across the state, and more information will be made available as we develop and finalize plans to support our employees, licensees, suppliers and customers to the best of our abilities in these uncertain times. For now, mitigation of the public health crisis must take priority over the sale of wine and spirits, as the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities is paramount.

We will remain in contact with the Department of Health and the Governor’s Office to ensure we are ready to act quickly to resume operations when it is deemed safe to do so.

We appreciate your understanding.
